Seismic Isolation, TBDY 2018 ve ASCE 7 standartlarına uygun olarak çevrimiçi deprem izolasyon analizi raporları üreten bir dijital hizmettir. Kullanıcılar proje parametrelerini girer ve Sismik İzolasyon analiz raporları alırlar.
Bu Şartlar, Seismic Isolation hizmetinin kullanılması sırasında geçerli olan tüm hukuki koşulları tanımlamaktadır.
Hizmeti kullanarak, bu Kullanım Şartlarını tamamen kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen hizmeti kullanmayınız.
Seismic Isolation'ı sadece 18 yaşında veya daha büyük kişiler veya ebeveynleri/vasi tarafından yetkilendirilmiş reşit olmayan kişiler kullanabilir.
Hesabınızı oluşturduğunuzda, verdiğiniz tüm bilgilerin doğru, güncel ve eksiksiz olmasından siz sorumlusunuz. Hesap şifrenizi gizli tutmalı ve yetkisiz erişimi önlemelisiniz.
Hizmeti yalnızca geçerli olan tüm yasalar ve yönetmeliklere uygun şekilde kullanabilirsiniz.
Tüm ödemeler Stripe güvenli ödeme sistemi aracılığıyla işlenmektedir. Kredi kartı, banka kartı ve diğer ödeme yöntemleri kabul edilmektedir.
Her seismic analiz raporu için belirli bir ücret vardır. Fiyatlar değiştirilirse, yeni fiyatlar yalnızca gelecekteki ödemeler için geçerli olacaktır.
Her rapor satın alımı bir kez ödeme sistemidir. Otomatik yinelenen ödeme yoktur.
Her rapor satın alımı ile birlikte 3 adet düzenleme (edit) tokeni verilir. Bu tokenler raporun parametrelerini değiştirerek yeni versiyon oluşturmak için kullanılabilir.
Ücretsiz 3 tokenin ötesinde ek düzenleme istiyorsanız, ek tokenler ayrıca satın alınabilir.
ÖNEMLİ UYARI: Seismic Isolation raporları sadece bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Bu raporlar mühendislik tavsiyesi değildir ve profesyonel şekilde mühendislik uzmanı tarafından hazırlanmamıştır.
Seismic Isolation tarafından sağlanan raporlar ve analizler:
Tüm uygulamalarda, raporlarımızı kullanmadan önce yerel bir yapı mühendisi tarafından gözden geçirilmesi önerilir.
Seismic Isolation'ın tüm yazılım, algoritması, tasarımı ve içeriği Seismic Isolation'a aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır.
Hizmeti kullanırken, raporları şahsi ve iş amaçları için kullanma hakkı verilir. Ancak, rapor içeriğini başka kişilere satamaz, dağıtamaz veya yeniden lisanslayamazsınız.
Sizin sağladığınız veriler, parametreler ve diğer içerikler size aittir. Ancak Seismic Isolation'a, hizmetleri geliştirmek ve operasyonları yürütmek için bu bilgileri kullanma hakkı verilir.

Seismic Isolation, bu Şartlar ihlal edildiğinde herhangi bir önceden haber verme olmaksızın hesabı sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.
Seismic Isolation, hizmeti "olduğu gibi" sağlamaktadır. Seismic Isolation herhangi bir garanti vermemektedir ve aşağıdakiler için sorumlu değildir:
Hiçbir durumda Seismic Isolation, dolaylı, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
Bu Kullanım Şartları ve hizmetin kullanımı, Nevada Eyaleti, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri yasalarına tabi olacaktır. Tüm uyuşmazlıklar Nevada eyalet mahkemelerinde çözülecektir.
Seismic Isolation, bu Şartları ve hizmeti herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler yapılırsa, e-posta ile bilgilendireceğiz.

Seismic Isolation is a digital service that generates online seismic isolation analysis reports in compliance with TBDY 2018 and ASCE 7 standards. Users enter project parameters and receive Seismic Isolation analysis reports.
These Terms define all legal conditions applicable during the use of Seismic Isolation service.
By using the Service, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Seismic Isolation can only be used by persons 18 years old or older, or minors authorized by their parents/guardians.
When you create an account, you are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You must keep your account password confidential and prevent unauthorized access.
You may only use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
All payments are processed through the Stripe secure payment system. Credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods are accepted.
There is a specific fee for each seismic analysis report. If prices are changed, new prices will apply only to future payments.
Each report purchase is a one-time payment system. There is no automatic recurring payment.
With each report purchase, 3 edit tokens are provided. These tokens can be used to modify report parameters and generate new versions.
If you want additional edits beyond the free 3 tokens, additional tokens can be purchased separately.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Seismic Isolation reports are for informational purposes only. These reports are not professional engineering advice and are not prepared by a licensed professional engineer.
Reports and analyses provided by Seismic Isolation:
For all applications, it is recommended that our reports be reviewed by a local structural engineer before use.
All software, algorithms, designs, and content of Seismic Isolation are owned by Seismic Isolation and protected by copyright.
When using the Service, you are granted the right to use reports for personal and business purposes. However, you cannot sell, distribute, or relicense the report content to others.
The data, parameters, and other content you provide are yours. However, Seismic Isolation is granted the right to use this information to improve services and conduct operations.
You cannot use the Service for:

Seismic Isolation provides the Service "as is." Seismic Isolation makes no warranties and is not responsible for:
Under no circumstances is Seismic Isolation responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms of Use and the use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America. All disputes shall be resolved in the Nevada state courts.
Seismic Isolation reserves the right to modify these Terms and the Service at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email.
